Charlie wasn't sure what she was doing. She had never bowled before, even though her parent's owned a bowling alley and she was forced to make regular apperances there. She picked up the smallest ball the had, an 8 pounder, and walked unsteadily to the lane. She brushed her hair back and let the ball go, it spinning down the aisleway. It knocked over 4 pins, which was pretty good for Charlie. A couple boys at the far end of the lane winked at her, and Charlie blushed. She knew she was climbing the popularity ladder unintentionally. 1st she joined Cheerleading, then she won 1st in a painting contest, and made friends with important people. But none of that mattered. Charlie did enjoy being in the spotlight, but not forever.
Her game was interuppted by the quiet click of bowling shoes cmoing up behind her. She turned and saw a tall blonde cheerleader-looking girl, even though she hadn't tried out for cheer. She had icy blue eyes and a hand on her hip. Charlie saw how people had moved out the way for her. Charlie straightened up and smiled. "Can I help you?" She said lightly, her voice soft.
She had long, dark hair and she was alone. She was pretty, but not striking. She looked like she needed someone to bowl with her. So Sammie walked up to her with her signature icy blue eyes and hand-on-hip stance. People waved at Sammie and smiled at her. She grinned. Hi. I'm Sammie. you probably knew that.

Charlie stared at her, puzzled. "Um, sorry, I don't know you." She said apologetically. She felt uncomfortable the way the girl was looking at her. Like a pig up for slaughter. "I'm Charlie." She rarely introduced herself as Charlie Hall, governor's daughter. "Wanna Bowl?" She asked, turning back to the lane. She examined her chipped sparkly green nail polish. She turned back to the girl.

I rolled the ball down the lane, biting my lip and crossing my fingers. I smiled when it hit the rest of the pins. I turned to her and quickly added her into the game. "Your turn." I said, smiling again at the boys eating pizza. I wasn't a giant flirt, but there was no harm in being fun.
Sammie was a pro bowler. She was pretty athletic and very fit. But the main thing was, she'd practiced bowling all of her life. It came easily to her now. It rolled smoothly down the middle of the lane. It hit down all of the pins, the sound of them hitting the floor made Sammie smile proudly.

I smiled at her. "Nice shot." I said, picking up the rented ball. "So, do you bowl for competitions or something?" I laughed, rolling the ball down the lane. It hit 3 of the pins. I turned back to her, smoothing my tye dye tank top.
Sammie shook her head and laughed. "No." She paused. "But I've bowled a lot in the past- my brother always took me on weekends when my parents made us leave the house." I laughed musically at the memory. Then, I noticed I'd let my guard down. I regained my posture and smiled crookedly. "My turn." I said, and grabbed my ball. I shot it down the aisle and it hit all but one pin. I cursed under my breath.

I smile. "Sounds Nice." I say, thinking of my unpleasant childhood. Locked in my room, forcing to finish pieces of pottery and drawings my mother would sell as her own. I regained my posture as the ball hit all pins but 1. "Good job." I say, punching her score in.

I was back.
I see Sammie, and my heart stops. I wanted to smooth things over with her, so I walked up to her bowling with another girl. I text her. Look behind you <3. I smooth my hair and stand there, mmy arms crossed with a hopeful expression. I was in love with Sammie. I desperately wanted to fix our relationship.
Sammie felt her phone vibrate. She looked down at her iPhone. She had about 18 unread messages, she was very popular, but one stood out to her. She gasped. She opened it, read it in a flash and turned quickly on her heel. She saw Jacob and gasped, trying hard to hold back a grin. She ran into his arms and let him pick her up and twirl her around. Her boyfriend was back. Maybe they weren't really on good terms, but anything could be fixed. She buried her head in his shoulder. "You're here." She said lightly, her voice giddy with excitement.

I laugh and spin her around, looking into her eyes. As soon as I set her down, I kissed her. When I pull away, I stare at her, smiling. "Sammie." I whispered, brushing my thumb against her cheek. I leaned in and kissed her again, softer and sweeter. "I'm so glad I'm back." I murmured into her ear, taking her hand.

I tucked my newly permed-straight hair behind an ear and stood in the mirror wearing this: www.polyvore.com/16/set?id=52177492&lid=1663876. I added green eye-liner so my eyes can pop out even more and smoothed mango-papaya lip-gloss on. I added my earrings golden chandelier earrings. I walked out of Orchard leaving Britney to herself I noticed the bowling alley mom rebuild-ed and set off toward it. When I walked in I saw Sammie and a boy. I cocked my head. "So Sammie to ,oh who is this I pointed my finger at her.
I kissed him back, grinning as I did so. Then, I heard the ugly voice of me enemy. She said something that, as usual, made zero sense. I turned to her and raised a perfect eyebrow. "This is my boyfriend." She said flatly.
