"So who is she?" I asked Brant once more, with an annoyed glance, he flicked his hair and sighed. "She is a simple blonde model, from Canada, and seems to have some attraction to being popular. Why are you so interested?" For a fact, we both knew. I had something with models, they had more curves than normal girls. More personality and this new girl seemed right up my alley. "Well, I'm out. Need to study once more before Mr. Sarcastic 's class." Brant sighed looking my way, the other guys at the table agreed and then all looked my way, waiting for my answer to the ending of our session of Black Ops. Shrugging and acting as if I had just gotten a text I nodded. "Hm, seems I'm going to stay a bit longer. Some guys want to meet up." Looking up to see if anyone bought my act, I noted Brant's obvious disbelief. The other guys shrugged it off and started cleaning the mess of popcorn and coke that dotted the large couch. Grinning the slightest bit to Brant, I let him know it was an act. "Obviously Miles. I'm sure she'll ditch you." Rolling my eyes, my hand went to his shoulder as I pushed him over. "You know girls can't stay away from the hair, it's my best feature." I said smirking just waiting for his comeback. "Yea, the only good feature." He managed to get out backing away quickly avoiding my hand witch was aimed for his head. "Get out butt." I mumbled getting up and fumbling for my phone. All of the guys left, leaving me to save the game and put away the Xbox. Doing so, I messed with my hair and brushed off the popcorn bits from my jacket. Hoping I didn't look to messy incase I ran into the new girl. Walking out, I found that it was smart to do so. There she was, right in front of me. Noticing that I had apparently just stepped out where she'd been walking, I wanted to kick myself. "Oh sorry Love, I should have been watching, I'm Miles by the way." Hoping that I didn't sound to straight forward, I looked on at her, demanding that my eyes stayed on her face.
i looked up from my iphone five when someone bumped me gently. i was about to get mad, but when i saw him, i bit my tongue. god, he was hotter than any guy i'd seen here so far. hoping i looked okay but knowing full well that i did, based on the stares i was getting from guys as i walked around the media centre, i put on my best, dazzling smile and placed a hand on his shoulder. his muscles were hard and i felt myself trying not to blush. i brushed it lightly before dropping my hand and speaking, 'i'm glad you weren't.' i said, grinning flirtatiously and cocking my hip confidently. 'kimber.' i said proudly, i was so over being insecure about my name.
Refusing to blush when the girl placed a hand on my shoulder, I noticed how the anger had melted from her eyes when she saw me. Somehow I knew that if I had been anyone else, I would have gotten a little scolding from her. Smiling as she dropped her hand back, I relaxed a bit and set my shoulders back, brushing my bangs from my eyes I smiled grinned at her comment. "What a beautiful name love, your that model from Canada right?" For the fact that guys didn't tell girls that other guys talked about them in America, I wasn't about to start babbling about how other guys are just as into her as I was. Returning a flirtatious grin, shoved my hands into my pockets, unable to do anything else with them.
i grinned, showing my movie star white teeth and nodding. 'thank you.' i told him, genuinely taking the compliment. 'want to go sit?' i asked him, grabbing his hand easily and leading him over to the couch, near a fireplace and a television. 'how long have you been going here?'
I couldn't help but notice the pure white teeth that she bared, each and every tooth perfectly alined with the others. Unlike one of my molars that had refused to stray from leaning towards my tongue, my dentist said that I would have had to wear headgear to get or straight, that didn't end up happening. "Sur-" I stopped myself from finishing the the word, for the fact that my opinion obviously didn't matter right at this moment. Walking in step slightly beside her, and a bit behind her, I sat down on the couch, a couple of inches away from the blonde. Shifting my weight I placed my feet onto the table that sat before us, shorter than a normal table, it was perfect to feet resting. "Just this week, two days after New Years." Pausing for a second I ran over questions I could ask the girl just to seem, what would I call it? Persistent? No, polite. Thats more like it. "And you love?"
i smiled warmly at him, crossing my legs gracefully and leaning back and looking at him, studying every inch of his face. he was frankly quite beautiful, hot, cute, i didn't really know what to call it. i ran a hand through my soft hair and nodded. 'i just started a week ago as well.' i said, looking into his dark brown eyes and grinning before looking away.
