I nod, smiling. "That's so cool." I smile. "To tell the truth, I always worry that my friends back home home will think I'm a spoiled brat because I'm at this boarding school." I tell her, winding my braid through my right hand.

I shrugged at what she said about her friends. I doubt it. Believe me,[p/b] I told her. I have seen a lot worse at this school. I winked at her and took another sip of my now empty glass.

I nod, a picture of Blair flashing in my brain. "Do you know that girl... Um... I think her name was Blair?"

I made a face when she mention Blair. Its weird... I tried to explain. She acts like I know her but I honestly don't. I said, lowering my voice. I wasn't really one to talk behind people's back but I really needed to get it out. She's new but Blair thinks that she's queen bee all of a sudden. I wrinkled my nose.

I laugh quietly, nodding in agreement. "I know. I hear her father's like, the richest man in Upper East New York. I guess that means that everyone loves her." I laugh, my eyes annoyed at Blair.

I rolled my eyes at what she said. Well, that would explain why she acts like she does. I shrugged and leaned back in my seat. But that stuff never really matter to me, like when I was choosing my friends.

Sammie shook her head. "You just seemed distant for a second." She laughs. "Sorry. Bad experiences." She pauses. 'So, do you ever miss home?"

I thought about her question for a second. Sometimes I do. I would mostly miss Claire, my foster mom, or any of my foster siblings. I tried to explain feebly. But I have been in so many 'homes' per say, that I only really consider Canterwood my home. I shrugged.

I nod. "Yeah. My cousin's foster children and it looks hard, because they're always moving around. You must be happy you have Canterwood." I smile.

I shook my head at Sammie. Oh it wasn't you Sam. I told her with a small smile. I sat back in my chair and thought about her question. Its not horrible or anything, just as long as you keep on top of it.
