Relaxing (OPEN!)

I walked into the library with a slight limp I'd fallen off Bear my friesian gelding after he'd bolted at bird. I settled down in a comfy chair and pulled shoe and sock off my ankle was turning a ugly shade of blue and purple but it wasn't swelling yet.

I walk into the library, chatting and laughing with a bunch of cute guys who are seamlessly flirting with me. When I see Ryan, though, I smile. 'Hey Ryan!" I say, my eyes bright.

I look up and see Sammie I grin and say, "Hey Sammie!" I pull my sock and shoe back wincing slightly as I do.

I walk into the library, my black backpack on one shoulder. I wink at a couple of girls and they almost faint. I see Ryan and Sammie, and I see Ryan's foot. I walk over immediantly. "Dude, what happened?" I say, concern on my face.

I smile at Ryan and sit across from him, seeing ther weird guy from the ring.

I walk in, stuffing books into my bag and drinking an unsweetened iced tea. I see Sammie, Ryan, and the guy from the Arena. I sit down next to Sammie. "Hey." I smiled at her. "I swear, my back is about to break." I Shake my head fake-grim and pull out my heaviest textbook, Algebra.

Dang where is everyone? Carmel wondered to herself as she half stumbled down the cobble stone steps leading to the library. It seemed as though all of the older Canterwood students had pretty much disappeared, only to be replaced with new students. Not that she had anything wrong with new student, but Carmela just missed her friends. The new students were nice enough but she felt like she didn't have the same bond that they had with each other. Still, Carmela wondered what had become of her friends.

She hasn't heard anything from them in quite a long time. Are they avoiding her? Did she do something wrong? What if- Carmela tried to stop herself but the thought came anyway. What if they got expelled or something? Don't be ridiculous. She scolded herself. Her friends were good students, good people. If they weren't then she wouldn't be with them in the first place. Oh well. Carmela let out a little sigh. She just felt like she knew nobody anymore.

Holding what felt like a ton of bricks (aka her textbooks) she manged to hurry up the rough steps and entered into the library. Carmela got the entrance door open with great difficultly. She walked forward a few steps before pretty much slamming her books down on the nearest table. She stretched out her arms but felt her breath get caught in her throat. Asthma. Carmel fumbled with her bag before she was able to get her inhalur out. She took a few puffs and leaned against the table with her eyes closed. Her eyes fluttered back open when she realized that there was people sitting at the table. Carmela turned around and recognized most of them. There was Sammie, Violent, the new guy Ryan and another guy that she didn't recognize. Weird. Carmela thought. That one guy looks just like Andrew. And he did, the one guys she didn't recognize looked like her ex boyfriend Andrew Greenwell. Funny, she didn't see him around anymore either.

She gave them an apologetic smile and fixed her hair, which had become a tangled mess while she was handling the books. Hey guys. Carmela said somewhat cautiously, not quite sure what terms they were all on with her. She position herself to run, just in case they all hated her and started throwing pencils at her or something.

I look up and see Carmel, the girl I met in the gym, who had just practically fell on our table. "Carmel, Hey! Are you ok?" I ask, my eyes worried.

Carmela stacked the text books in a orderly line but blushed at what Violent had said. Yep. She stated. I'm fine. Thanks Carmel gave her a small smile

I smile at Carmel. "Hey! Wow, you look pretty worn out. Should I be worried?"

Carmela smiled at her also, though her pulse was rising. Somehow, she felt somewhat uncomfortable around all of the, though she hoped nobody noticed. I'm fine; just a little asthma. Nothing out of the ordinary. Her fist, clenching her inhaler, was hidden behind her back.

I shook my head at Violet's offer. No thanks Vi. I smiled at her. It wasn't a bad one. I assured her, pulling out a chair and sitting down.
