My phone buzzed in my pocket. I smiled at the other and checked the text. It was from Sammie. I raised my eyebrow questioning but read it. I scanned the message and shot her back an answer. R u sure?[/b] I asked her. I opened my mouth to say something, then Bam! Sammie asks Ben to the Sweet Shoppe. My mouth fell open like a fish as I gaped at her. My eyes flashed at Sammie when he agreed. I took a step back and prepared to leave when some obnoxious guy came up to us. I rolled my eyes when all of the guys practically fell for Sammie. I just couldn't believe her right now. Seriously, what was her problem? She said I can try for Ben then she asks him out! Ridiculous! I felt strangely isolated when they all made plans to go to the Sweet Shoppe together. Awkward. AS they all walked away, I sent Sammie another text. I can't believe u right now! Why did u do tat??[/b] I put my phone away and went back into the stable; Memory always calmed me down.[/color] |

Please don't go away I feel a rush of anger run through me as she leaves. I'm not jealous of her, of course, she's my friend. I'm prettier, richer, and a better flirt. But lately, it almost seems like she's trying to take my place in the social latter, and I'm nervous. Please don't go away I get the text, and look up to see Carmel. I gasp. I made such a huge, stupid mistake!!! I don't even like Ben, but being the stupid flirt I am I asked him out. I walk up to her. I brushed my hair out of my face as I watched Sammie cry in front of me. I cleared my throat, letting her know that I was going to talk. Its just Sammie, every since you got here a few days ago, I stopped, somewhat unsure of if I should say it or not. It seems like you been kinda... full of it. I said cautiously. I mean, me being popular is nothing I really cared about; it just kinda happened. I made friends with the right people and yeah. I said, crossing my arms over my chest.
