I walked into the stables wearing a horse shirt and tan colored breeches. my makeup was light ur pretty. I walked over to spirit's stall. "hey girl ready to go practice?" I say. I lead her and clip her to the crossties. I start to brush her. after she was fully groomed I wen to the tack room and well obviously got my tack. I put on my saddle and bridle then lead her into the ring. I see Peyton we were going to practice dressage today. "hey sorry it took so long,I'll warm her up quick so we can get started." I say to Peyton. I felt horrible for being late. I got out of class late because my teacher had gone over time.

 I look over and see Bella trotting her horse Spirit over I smiled and said, "It's no problem I haven't been here long I took some extra time grooming Spud because I couldn't find my curry comb anywhere I found it in the trash I guess I must have thrown it out instead of something else" I I clicked my tongue and gave Spud a few sharp squeezes to make sure he didn't try and slow down. "ok good, i hate being late but its ok now that i know you got in a little while ago." i say trying not to say too much. After spirit is warmed up i trot over to peyton and halt. " ready to start she is all good." i say.

I watched her ride and said, "That was great but Spirit had her head facing the inside of the ring to much she was way to interested in what me and Spud where do next time shorten your reins and keep her head facing straight" [b

I smiled and urged Spud into a Spanish Walk it was choppy at first but I corrected myself and soon we are going around the ring in a beautifully stunning grace and sync I brought Spud back to Bella and said, "So? any corrections advice?" [b

My jaw dropped. "it was great, and i saw how at first it was choppy but as soon as you noticed you corrected it. other than that no comments. Whats next?" i say to Peyton looking into Peytons gourgeous blue green eyes.

"sounds good to me." i say as i start forward. i cue to passage first. She goes into what is a slow motion trot easily. I check my hands. Good. Posture. Perfect. Heels. down. And her head was where it should be. Then i Stop and cue her to Piaffe without a split second she does a piaffe which is basically trotting in place. i check on everything again. I'm all good. I stop and walk over to Peyton. "so how was that?" i ask. |
