As she led her gigantic, gorgeous, glistening black mare, Midnight to her stall, she was smiling. She unlocked the latch and lead her horse inside. She undid the lead rope from Middie's halter and patted her strong neck. "We're back home, girl." She whispered, her sparkly blue eyes meeting Midnight's huge dark ones. She could tell they were both happy to be back. Sammie had come ready to ride, in brand new grape-colored practice breeches and a fitted green and pink off-the-shoulder crop top. Her tall black boots were newly shined and polished, and looked slick and professional on her long, slim legs. Sammie's long, thick, shining blond hair was pulled into a neat fishtail braid down her back, and her makeup was flawless- a touch of mascara and eyeshadow, a sparkle of lip gloss and a hint of Made You Blush XX cheek powder. Just as Sammie had finished grooming an already-perfect Midnight, someone came up to the stall window and looked inside. Sammie twirled around- it was...

thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I wheeled myself down the aisle holding the leash of Cricket my 6 year old German Shepherd guide dog. I Isaac Benson was sadly lost I couldn't for the life of me remember my horse Eagle's Cross or like I liked to call him Eagle's stall number so here I was poking my head into each and every stall until I spotted my familiar mahogany bay gelding inside one of them. I poked my head into one stall and spotted a very unfamiliar black horse and a pretty blonde hair girl she whirled around I dropped back down with a thump into my wheelchair and attempted to wheel away whistling like nothing had ever happened.

She stood on her tippy-toes and poked her head out of the stall door. A blond boy in a wheelchair was wheeling away, whistling quietly. She cleared her throat dramatically. "Hi!" She said confidently, her eyes bubbly and bright blue.

thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I looked back as the girl called out a greeting to me I stopped and turned around I waved and said, "Hey, Don't mind me i've forgotten my horse's stall number so i'm poking my head in every stall till I find him" Cricket let a small bark I whipped around put my hand around her muzzle and shook my head at her said, "Hush Cricket Hush 'No Noise'" Cricket seemed to take that as a command and she hunger her head and went quiet I patted her head and let go of her muzzle.

My blond hair bobbed up and down as I nodded my head. “He’s so cute!” I said, looking down at boy’s dog. I unlatch the stall door and walk towards them, kneeling down to pet the dog. Before I do, I ask, "Is he friendly?”

thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I smiled and said, "Yeah she's friendly you're the first person who's asked and not just gone ahead and pet her without my permission" I let Cricket's leash unroll so it was longer and she stepped forward and started sniffing the girl curiously I heard an all too familiar whinny I spotted Eagle three stalls down I waved to him and said "So that's where you've been hiding eh big boy?"

I laughed quietly and turned to see his horse. “He’s gorgeous!” I gush, slightly embarrassed at my freak love of animals. “Is he a Paso Fino? He looks like a horse my Mom used to have.” I say curiously, looking up at the cute blond boy.

(I'm using the black and white skin so I have to highlight it to see it it's all good) thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I smiled and said, "Yeah he's Paso Fino I think he might have some arabian blood in him but most likely from his great, great, great, Grandparents" I smiled at Cricket who was weaving circles around the girl I said, "Looks like Cricket's decided you're her new best friend" I whistled like an owl and Eagle poked his head out again as did a few other horses I whistled again and they answered back by whinnying.

I looked up at the boy. I didn’t even know his name! “Sorry, I didn’t even catch your name!” I said, tilting my head a little.

thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I laughed softly and said, "that's ok I'm Isaac, Isaac Benson" I ran a hand through my partially messy dirty blonde hair in an attempt to act like I wasn't very awkward at that particular moment of time. Cricket trotted back towards me and lay down next to me. I patted her back and said something warmly to her in German. My phone rang and I took it out I glanced at my caller ID and my gaze darkened until I hung up.

thanks to Page394 @ Caution 2.0 for this template. I glared angrily at my phone as it rang again I was vaguely aware of the girl writing something quickly on a piece of paper and sticking it under Cricket's collar I waved to her and wheeled to the far corned of the barn and answered the phone I could be heard arguing in German and English with a man. After a few minutes of arguing I hung up and shoved my phone into my pocket and headed for Eagle's stall while I shoved my headphones into my ears music should calm me down.
