Sammie grinned when she saw Kayla’s look. This girl was the best. She tossed her hair and took a sip of her fat-free frozen yogurt smoothie, grinning. “So, you guys, I was supposed to wait for the invites to be out, but plans for my 16th are in the works!” Said Sammie, raising a flawless eyebrow.

I smiled at Kayla. "Nice to meet you." Looking back at Sammie as she told of her 16th birthday party, I grinned. My 17th birthday was in less than 2 months, I couldn't wait. "That's awesome babe." I said, taking a sip of my Diet Pepsi.
