The road is long, we carry on. Just try to have fun in the meantime! "Jaw-sh-uh!" I enunciated, poking my head into the horses stall. Josh, the beautiful horse that I had just started leasing peeked out of his stall to watch me be weird. "Jaw-sh-ee!" I said, kissing his big soft nose. I laughed.

I chuckled at what Kate was doing, in a friendly way. I groomed and tacked up midnight, hugging him and then waiting for kate to finish.

The road is long, we carry on.Just try to have fun in the meantime! I finished tacking up Josh and gave his nose a little kiss. "Ready to go?" I asked her, pushing the bit into Josh's mouth, which he eventually took after a few flails of his tall neck. I grabbed a crop out of my tack box. I left the spurs in the box. Usually I would have worn them, but I had never trail ridden with Josh. I was going to be extra careful to see how he reacted to my movements. I wanted to be safe and I wanted Josh to be safe too.
