I looked down at the ice cream infront of me. All I could think about was Corey and how he did me wrong. I couldn't even eat the delicious cookie-dough Ice-cream infront of me. I sighed and gave into the tantalizing cold treat in front of me. I felt a precence in front of me and I looked up at the person.
"Um, hello?" I said, questioning why somebody I didn't know sat down.

Her name is Sammie? Never met a Sammie before. Mostly Sas, or Samantha’s so that’s new.
“Um, Hi Sammie, I’m Sierra. Nice to meet you,” I said politely. I didn’t want my foul mood to get the best of me. “Are you new to Canterwood? I’ve never seen you around.”
Of course I haven’t because the only person I’ve been looking for is… Nope not even going to think his name.

Ahh, I remembered my day at Canterwood. It was chaotic when we down here because the window was open and my mom had the map in her hands…. Let’s just say we had to wing it the rest of the way here.
“I hope you’ve had a good year so far, and you didn’t come across rude, it’s okay,” I replied, smiling. I was about to reply when I heard somebody squeal my name from behind me. I then saw my friend Kayla running towards me.
‘Haven’t seen her in a while,’ I thought. ‘Well, I guess that’s my fault.’
"Were have you been? We missed you soooooo much!" She said, smiling at Sammie before turning back to me.
“I’ve been….. Here, but I’ve just wanted some alone time I guess. I didn’t mean to avoid all my friends!” I fretted. “How’ve you been? Oh, and sit down! No need to just stand there.”

I noticed Sammie seem a little awkward. It made me feel slightly guilty that there’s a chance she might feel left out; I hate when that happens.
“Do you know Kayla?” I asked, directing the question to Sammie. I know, I know; such a lame attempt to include her in the conversation, but at least I tried. Well, I could’ve tried harder….

I stared at the two before rolling my eyes.
"Personally, I won't ask because my friends and I have done some crazy stuff, so like I said. I won't ask." I said, truly meaning it. I remember going up to Taco Bell and asking if they sold Tacos. And run through our neighbor's sprinklers at 5 am.
