My thick blond hair was brushed out and pulled into a tidy braid down my back. My nails were painted a faint yellow to match my pretty spring-themed earrings. My helmet was dangling from my wrist, sunlight making it's pale grey seem even fainter. My makeup was clipped and kept to a minimum, I didn't like riding in too much makeup. I had brushed a hint of eyeliner and mascara onto my eyes and added a complimenting shade of peach-colored lip smacker. Pale brown shadow highlighted my eyes. I patted Midnight's shoulder, he looked camera-ready in a shiny black saddle, girth and bridle. His hooves were glistening. I smiled, ready for my lesson. Just as we started leaving the barn, someone called me. I turned around, confused, and saw...

"Sammie!" I called, jogging up to her. "I found this lying on your tack trunk." I held up a very expensive looking necklace. "Is it yours?"

I panic, feeling for the Midnight necklace that Vi got me. Luckily, it's still there. I shake my hea.d Nope, I say, and examine it. Not mine.

I looked at again at the necklace. It was beautiful. It was a solid gold unicorn in mid rear. "This must be worth a fortune. I want to take it to the lost and found, but I'm afraid someone will steal it." I finger the gold.

I nod. "Yeah. I wonder who would leave, or evem afford to own, such a necklace. This probably costs as much as my parent's house." I wasn't from a rich family. My parents would be, except with 5 kids, money had to be split.

After Chris Nack put Angel away he begins to put the rest of his stuff away. He then spots a pretty blonde. Normaly he doesn't date or even like someone he's always to busy with ride and training at the Olympic's Stables. But this girl was diffrent, there was something about her. He gave her a slight smile.

I see the new boy and roll my eyes. "Jacobs not going to be happy..." I teased. I gave her a quick wave. "I got to go but I'll see ya later." I walked past the boy and gave him a half smile, then jogged out. I had to get back and finish my math hw before 1st period.
