I walk in to the stable, wearing my new black cavallo boots, my crisp red blazer, and my black breeches. I was looking fabulous hair back in a perfect high pony tail. I run over, to see my quater horse mare, Spirit. I whisper, " ready for a trail ride with sammie?" I brought her out and put her on the cross ties, I look back and see sammie brushing Midnight. I smile and waved.

I smile at her, waving. I walk over to her, carefully putting down Midnight's body brush. I pat Spirit's shoulder. She's gorgeous. I tell Bella softly, studying her mare. She was pretty; I bet Midnight would try to flirt with her. He was such a player. I grin. I turn, and go back to Midnight. Once I'm finished grooming, I put away his kit and grab his tack, struggling to manage the saddle pad, saddle, bridle and short crop. I knew I needed the whip because Midnight had been pretty annoying with the run-in creek lately. I never hit him like a beginner, I only used the whip as an aid when I needed it. I quickly pulled my hair into a messy braid and pulled my helmet on. I placed the pad and saddle onto Midnight's back and tightened the gurth before easily pulling the bridle over his head, fixing his mane and tightening the straps. I turn to Bella. You ready? I ask her.

I had put spirit's tack on a second befor and ansered sammie, "yea im ready, lets go" I couldn't help but to admire how adorable spirit and midnight looked together. as we mounted i said to sammie,"I'm so happy u came on the trail ride with me, i love this trail"

I smile as I mount Midnight softly. Me too. You and Spirit seem like, such a good match. I grin.

"thxs," i say, "you and midnight are a great pair too." i look at spirit's head i notice that her ears are up her head is down and she can't wait to start ride with midnight and sammie.

I giggle as we reach the trail. I click Midnight into a collected working trot.

i squeezed my heels into spirit's side, she smoothly went into a collected trot.as we went through the woods we saw some animals like, a few deer, bunnies, and some turkeys. When we first got to the field i stopped spirit and said to sammie, "do you want to race back?"

"ready,set,go!" i say. on go i squeezed spirit's side to push her into a gallop. just a few strides away sammie did the same. as i saw the stable ahead i knew i could do it. "c'mon girl you can do it!" just a few strides away from the stable and sammie coming up on my side it was a close call, but as we got to the stable it was a.....................TIE! we got at the stable at the same stirde.

OOC: No power playing.
I clicked Midnight into a canter, and then a fast gallop. He was, of course, an ex racehorse so this was easy for us. I lowered myself onto his back and he strained his neck to get in front of Spirit. I gave him one more burst of speed and with that he shot ahead, making it to the barn just a bit in front of the other horse. I grin triumphantly.
