[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/w6MZf.png);] sometimes the pain is to much for a girl like me Violet had scraped her knee on the bottom of the pool thousands of times before, but this time when she did it her legs were number then usual. Of course, swimming in the covered outdoor pool in the middle of December coulld be rather numbing. Swimming up to the top, Violet's hands blindly felt for where she had folded over the cover. In a terrifying moment, Violet couldn't find it. She imagined campus security finding her body in the pool. Everyone would attend her feuneral, even those people she hated. Sammie would probably give a eulogy. She would have to ear waterproof Mascara, and that little black dress that would be appropriate for the ceremony. Maybe her dad would be there, pretending to care. He would sell Harley. Harley. Violet couldn't die. What about Harley? Taking a deep breath, Violet broke the surface, running a hand through her wet hair. Climbing out, an automatic chill went through her body, and she stared up at the winter moon. Wrapping her body in the towel, Violet thought she heard Campus security. Let them come. She wanted to be expelled. She was running away soon. No one could stop her. "Hello?" She said, wrapping her wet hair up into a ponytail. words: ### - tags: open - outfit: link |

Desiree sighed, feeling the cold air nipping at her arms and cheeks. She detested the cold, the rain, she pretty much just detested everything Canterwood Crest. She really hated to say it, but she missed Australia. Not the beatings from her Mom and her annoying siblings, but the weather, her old school, her old... well, friends? She didn't know. She wasn't much of a social person at all, infact, it seemed at Canterwood she was more of a friend-repellent. You know, the cheap brand that everyone wants to buy. Kicking off her flimsy faded biker boots, she felt the dry, cold cement on her feet. It sent a chill through her body and she shivered, looking around. The campus looked downright creepy this time of night- pitch black, zero stars in the sky, and only the faint sound of... of... splashing? No. It couldn't be. Going into the pool mid-December was even too crazy for an American, though that sounded rather rude. Jogging slowly so that the pool came into sight, she was taken aback. First, by the fact that there was a pool and she hadn't seen it in her two weeks here already, and second, that there was a skinny, bleach-blond girl drying herself off on the edge of the water. The tarp was still covering the pool, so Desiree wondered how she'd managed to even get in or out in the first place. Though, everyone had their reasons and dealt with their own crap in their own ways, and Desiree wouldn't even think about judging. After all, based on her skin-tight, all-black clothes and biker attire, she wasn't in any place to be judgmental. Sighing deeply, Desiree walked carelessly into the pool deck and looked at the girl. "Hello?" She asked. Desiree couldn't help but admire her. She sounded emotionless. "Hello." Said Desiree, sitting on the table and crossing her legs. I mean, what the heck? She looked at the girl.

VIole basically stared as the girl simply crossed her legs and offered her a hello. But as unsocial as she was, she simply stared at the girl, slowly pulling on her black v-neck shirt, letting the wet fabric cling to her body. Eyeing the girl, she slowly took 2 steps forward, sitting down across from the biker chic. "Um. Hi." That was great for Violet. Just great. Violet wasn't sure if the girl was going to tell, although if she did, it's not like Violet cared. "So... what's your name?" words: ### - tags: open - outfit: link |

The girl seemed to stare as Desiree took her seat. She leaned back boredly. She couldn't blame the girl for being here. Maybe, just maybe, she hated this place as much as Desiree did. Looking at the girl, who seemed awkward, something they shared, Desiree told her her name. "Desiree. And you?" She asked, her voice low and steady.

It was a cool name. Her voice had an accent, maybe australian? Violet didn't exactly love some of the transfer kids. They seemed to think all Americans were crap. They were, of course, but that was Violet's opinion. After pondering this for a minute, she hurriedly realize the girl had asked her for her name. "Violet." she said, her face darkening a shade. Violet hated her name with a certain passion. It made people think she was weak, and she had to work to prove herself. Of course, she hadn't proved herself in 3 years. Whatever. Violet absentmindedly rubbed her arm, her fingers lightly tracing a knife scar her father had given her over christmas break. words: ### - tags: open - outfit: link |

Desiree nodded. The girl seemed embarassed, if not humiliated
