I am A Shinning Star I got ready in my new dorm. My hair was already in loose waves, and my makeup was fab yet natural. I wore my totes hot purple dress with my beige sweater covering up my bare arms. I had my 3 inch platform heels on my feet, and my small purple clutch in my hands. I looked in my full length mirror, smilling at myself. I was all ready to go. As I walked out of my dorm, I thought about the party. I was pretty lucky that this party popped up. It was an opportunity for me to meet new people, and get noticed. The campus was lightly lite with moon light, and very few people where around. I smiled again to myself. I entered the beautiful ballroom, it was decorated for the birthday party being held here. I saw that only one girl was here so far, so it must be the birtyhday girl. I walked over to, and placed my present on the gift table. I had ordered a $500 necklace last night, and I thought it was very pretty. Hi, I am Alexis. And happy birthday! I said with a friendly smile. |

  Heather stepped out of the shower, steam leaving a trail behind her. She slid into a super expensive silk robe from Paris, and wrapped her hair in a towel. Heather grabbed her huge collection of super expensive make up and set it on the bathroom counter. After deciding on what color combos went best, she started to apply the make up. She first worked on her eyes, applying a thin line of silver eyeliner, then a light coat of blue eyeshadow that matched her dress. Heather then applied mascara, making her already gorgeous eye lashes even prettier. She sat back and examined her eyes. They. Looked. Gorgeous! Her bright blue eyes stood out and she knew that she would be the center of attention. Her flawless skin didn't need any concealer, so she brushed a dusting of blush over her t-bone area and let her hair down. Heather blow dried her hair until it was perfectly straight and shiny, then reached for her curling iron. She cirled her hair into ringlets that would bounch when she walked. She spayed a little bit of hair spray to keep the curls bounch and then Stepped back into her dorm. Heather picked up her uber cute blue dress and slid her tiny frame into it. She slid her feet into the silver heels that she had special ordered, slid into her white sweater, and grabbed her iPhone. She opened Instagram and took a picture of her in the mirror. Ready to rock this partay! <33 She pressed post and slid her phone into her silver clutch. After applying Pretty In Pink lip stain she smeared clear coat to make it shiny. Heather then stepped out of her dorm and headed towards the ballroom.
On the way to the ballroom, people stared and she gave some cute guys a tiny, three fingered wave. The footballers that Rose, Sammie, and Heather had flirted with at the Winter Formal held the door open for her andshe blew a kiss to the quarterback that she had flirted with. Heather spotted Olympia across the ballroom and strutted over, all eyes on her as she reached Olympia. "Olympia! Happy Birthday! Hope you love your gift." The bracelet that Heather had ordered earlier had cost almost as much as her $1000 outfit.

I saw another girl walk in. She had long blonde hair, and I loved her dress. She came over and joined me and Olympia. She said happy birthday, and put her gift on the table before I spoke up. "Hi, I'm Alexis White." I said with a small grin. My phone buzzed a few times in my pocket, I quickly reached my had in my clutch and pulled out my iPhone 5. I put it on "do not disturb" mode, then quickly put it back.
